CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentine’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.

Important To Know :-

* The pictures have shown here s indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
* The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed).
* Your Personal Details will be taken to process your order.
* You have to provide a stool or Ladder to the Decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.
* If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Instructions:-

The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
