  • The decorator will be wearing a mask and will sanitize his hands before entering the place.You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.

  • Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.Message Card cannot be selected for this product and will not be delivered along with the product.Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund 6 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund Less than 6 hours before experience: No Refund on CancellationNo Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine’s Special Packages.

    Delivery Information

    • The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, colour or design as per the availability.
    • Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
    • You’ll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
    • We can decorate a hotel room if you gain permission from the hotel.
    • If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience
    • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted

    Care Instructions

    • Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
    • The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
    • Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage
