The decorator will be wearing a mask and will sanitize his hands before entering the place.
You need to make sure that the decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.
Please Note:
- Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.
- Message Card cannot be selected for this product and will not be delivered along with the product.
- Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance to you.
- Cancellation Policy:
  
  If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
  
  If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
  
  If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
  
  Delivery Information
  
  The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
  
  We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you take permission from the hotel.
  
  If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience
  
  No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
  
  Care Instructions
  
  The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
  
  The balloons are stuck using removable cello tape.
  
  Generally, no marks are left if they are removed within 24 hours.
